KEEPING OUR CIRCLES STRONG

Keeping Our Circles Strong

The Fine Art of Teamwork

Teamwork builds unity. Differing perspectives and feedback provide great learning opportunities for everyone. When incorporating teamwork strategies, you also become more efficient and productive. BUT, with different perspectives and different personality styles, there can also be challenges. How can a group of people with differing opinions all work together to keep the circle strong and accomplish the goal?

Keeping Our Circles Strong: the fine art of teamwork is a one-day interactive workshop that focuses on how individuals can most effectively share their strengths and expertise to best benefit the common goal of a group. We will look at the various personality types and how to negotiate when any of these clash. Handling conflict and or differences of opinion will also be discussed and participants will take part in several teambuilding exercises.

“Eve did workshops for my teachers and support staff at Wejgwapniag School which truly helped them professionally and personally. She helped close the gap between administration and teachers. Her expertise was allowing the staff to figure issues out within themselves first. This helped my teachers with constructive criticism. She made our team become a whole again.”
– Lisa Jerome, former principal, Gesgapegiag, Quebec

“Eve’s workshops are a safe space to discover parts of yourself you didn’t realize needed healing, where you can share anything and feel like your voice is important. I’ve attended with members in my community, and I was so completely surprised about how much people opened up about their own lives as well. I learned more about my aunties, my family, their desires and needs, and it really helped me become more interconnected and empathetic towards others. It also made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I recommend having Eve visit your community, organization or business -or learning space really -if you want to facilitate healing within yourself and others in the most effective, holistic manner, lined with wit, humour and genuine caring. Thanks Eve! Blessings and warmth.”
